Having fun in Colorado

We have been having a great time in Cortez visiting family.

Today we went to the rec center and went swimming.

Christian and Elise both had a great time.

This is Grandma and Grandpa Bakers dog "Harley"
He is such a good dog letting Christian sit on him.

We had some otter pops the other night out front.

Grandpa got a slide like the one we have at home so

we have been having fun in the backyard.

Nothing like fresh Colorado water right out of the

water hose. It reminds me of when I was a kid

and did the same thing.

Thursday Morning

This morning as I was getting up to get Elise (6 am)

Christian started crying out for Mommy. So I went to his room first

and then to sisters. When he saw her in her bed he wanted to get

in with her. It was a great moment.

At Lake Mary for my 32nd. Birthday

Today was my birthday and we celebrated by

going to Lake Mary for the day. It was a

beautiful day and we had a lot of fun.

Elise has been so good. She just watched us from

the shore and took a nap in her bouncer.

Christian has really loved the boat. He has

a little concered look here though. Not sure why.

I am so thankful for my friends Kelsey,

Lisa, and Kristen. What a blessing each of them have

been and I am so glad they came with us to celebrate.

After the lake Shane is having some playtime with

the kiddos.

4th of July- Lake Powell

We went to Lake Powell for the 4th and

had a blast. The boat ran great, the weather

was perfect and the kids has a good time.

Luke and Christian played all day in the water.

They were tuckered out at the end of the day.

Little Elise was so good. She even had a
cute little swimsuit to wear.

This is my favorite place to be. It is a
little piece of paradise. I am thrilled that
our kids will have great memories of
coming here.
