Christian's first movie

Today we took Christian to his first movie, "The Frog

and the Princess". He was excited, he got a snack pack

which was popcorn, a fruit snack and an Icee. He

was ready to watch the movie. During the previews he kept

saying "Oh Wow!". When the movie started he wanted to

sit on Daddy's lap and then 15 min later on my lap.

He put his hands up behind his head and before you

know it he was out like a light. Yes! He fell asleep.

He woke up at the end of the movie. Shane and I

really liked the movie it was really cute.

Here Christian is right when the movie was over. You

can tell that he just woke up!

I wanted to get a picture of him next to the

poster. As you can tell I should have taken it before

the movie. Oh well, that is the fun of having

kids, it doesn't always go as planned.

Lampshade Pokeno Night

Tonight I went to Pokeno night at my friend Shyann's

house. Last year she started a tradition that the month

of Dec. when we have pokeno we have to bring a

decorated lampshade and wear it. It was a lot of fun making

my lampshade and we all had a good time. You can have fun

and be goofy even if you are a mom!

Polar Express

Tonight we went on the Polar Express with our

friends Troy, Laurie and Dennis.

Dennis and Christian are one month apart and are

little buddies. The boys wore their pajamas and

enjoyed the train ride.

The kiddos did so well. We had a great time

taking them on the train and seeing the

Christmas lights and of course the North Pole.

Christian was excited to get his bell. We had watched the movie

the Polar Express the night before so Christian knew

that when Santa came he would get a bell.

My visit to Utah

The kids and I went to visit our friends in Utah last week.

We had a great time and it was so good to see them. Amy

was my neighbor in Flagstaff that lived two houses down

and took all the great pics of Christian. They moved back to

Utah in the summer and we promised to stay in touch.

We had a lot of fun and she of course took some great

pictures!

Daddy builds a fort

You may be wondering what am I looking at! It is a fort.

Christian loves when Dad makes him fort so Shane went

big time here and build a huge fort.

Even Elise got to be part of the excitement.

We watched our friends little boy Luke. Christian and Luke had

so much fun, they pretended they were the good guys protecting

and guarding their fort. It was a fun night!
