1st Snow of the year

Last week we had our first snow of the year. 

We were all waiting for snow it is already December and 

usually we would have needed to shovel a few times already.

The kids were super excited.

After lunch all the neighbor kids came over and we 

watched the Polar Express.

It was fun having a snow day!

Elise's 1st Ballet Recital

Elise started ballet this year. Her first recital was this past week.

I wanted to make it special for her so my friends Lisa and Laurie came to watch her.

A few of the other cute girls in her class.

She looks just so happy. It was so great to watch her. 

We also got her flowers for her first performance.
