Mountain Man Sprint Triathalon

This past Sunday Shane did his FIRST Sprint Triathalon here in Flagstaff. He said he was more nervous that when he ran the Boston Marathon. They started off with the swim which was 1500 meters (1/2 mile.)

Coming out of the water, taking his wetsuit off.

Then it was the bike which was 12 miles. This is when

he is finishing the bike and getting ready to go

by us and get his running shoes on.

Then the run was a 5k (3 miles). Here he

is finishing the race.

Shane did awesome! He ended us finishing

in 13th place. I am so proud of him!

Taking the John Deere out for a spin

Elise was ready for a ride in the John Deere and Christian was ready to go. I bungee

corded her in just in case Christian took a sharp turn and away they went on the Pyrite loop.

Elise has 3 prominent teeth and she is

so cute when she smiles with them

Christian's Last T-ball game....He slept through the whole thing

Lake Mary Skiing on Thursday night... doesn't get much better than that!

My most favorite thing to do is WATERSKI!

Shane is getting good to.

My friend Lisa and her family joined us as well.

One of our traditions is getting KFC and eating

dinner on the lake.

These two are like brothers.

Elise is now dubbed "the scavenger"
She pretty much has some sort of food

in her hand. Here she found the Oreo

cookies.

My favorite place to be

We went to Lake Powell last weekend with my family

and had a fabulous time. It was our first trip this summer

to the lake. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend!
