Family Camp- Memorial Weekend

This weekend we went to Family Camp out at Williams, AZ

for Memorial Weekend. It is one of many Young Life Camps

in USA and it is awesome that we live so close to this one.

The all time favorite for the kids and all of us was defiently

the slide and the pool. We spend most of our time there.

Here is Shane getting launched from "The BLOB".

Right next to it is also a Zip Line. I didn't get any pics of us

but we all did it (minus the kids). It was my first time on a

zip line and it was so much fun!

They have a beautiful dining hall were we are all our meals.

All the young kids and adults from high school age to college volunteer

for the weekend to serve.

There were skits going on throughout the weekend as

well as a speaker, and of course a ton of games to do

with your family.

Nicole is our friend, our other child, our babysitter

and also a college Young Life Leader. She was there this

weekend as well volunteering her time as a life guard.

One dinner they had a theme night which was come in your

winter gear or Dinsey outfit. So we all came at the incredibles!

We always say Christian is like Dash and he fit the part well.

Shane and I got called up for a couple challenge. We first had

to chew an entire roll of bubble tape and then one of us

had to blow a bubble. So we won that challenge!! Yeah!!

Then we had to eat a huge rope of fruit by the foot and in the

middle of the rope was a ring pop and whatever team got

to it first had to propose to his wife with all the roll up in

your mouth. We won!! It was so fun to play.
