This weekend we went camping with the Petersons. We
were supposed to go to Lake Powell but there was going
to be high winds both days. We still wanted to do something
so we got together our camping gear and headed out.
Blue Ridge is about an 1hour 20 min from our house and
I kept hearing how beautiful it is. We camped about two miles
from the lake. When we went and saw the lake my first
thought was "and this is in Arizona", who would have thought that.

Jeremy and Trevor gave Christian a bow they grew out of.
It was awesome, you should have saw the look on his face when
they gave it to him. He was so excited!

We got there a little later than we wanted soI think
the fish were sleeping!
The kids all had a great time. Elise hung right in there with
all the boys.
Joy and Brian were a lot of fun to go camping with. We all
look forward to our next trip together.
